Weapon Tier List
S TierThe best weapons in Megabonk that are easy to use and most effective with any character.
| Weapon | Reason for Ranking |
|---|---|
Axe | The ultimate multi-hit monster. Once leveled, it melts screens and procs execute nonstop. Endgame meta weapon for breaking both ghosts and PCs. |
Dexecutioner | A top-tier mix of utility and damage. Great execute potential, clears bosses fast, and remains in most world record runs. |
Flamewalker | In an attack-speed meta, Flamewalker covers the entire map with projectiles. Top of the line for both performance and spectacle. |
Shotgun | Recently discovered powerhouse. Excellent early and late game, insane scaling potential, and surprisingly world record viable. |
Black Hole | One of the most underrated multi-hit weapons. Covers massive areas and scales extremely well with size tomes. |
A TierStrong in most scenarios.
| Weapon | Reason for Ranking |
|---|---|
Bananarang | Incredible crowd control and sustain. Great for casual runs, though it falls off slightly in late world record play. |
Aura | Reliable and easy to level early on. Dominates low-level play and remains solid throughout with little setup needed. |
Lightning Staff | Flexible and dependable. Great in casual and potentially viable in world records thanks to high bounce synergy. |
Katana | Once meta-defining, now slightly fallen off. Still hits hard and feels satisfying, but lacks multi-hit scaling. |
Dice | Once mandatory for records, now just strong. Crit-focused and dependable, but no longer the meta king. |
Bow | Great crit potential and burst damage. A divisive weapon: strong late-game, clunky early. |
B TierDecent, but often not the best choice.
| Weapon | Reason for Ranking |
|---|---|
Bone | Solid all-around choice. Good for sustain and crowd control, though overshadowed by faster hitters. |
Blood Magic | Niche HP-scaling option. Slow to start, but powerful for players who like tanky builds. |
Firestaff | Reliable, middle-of-the-road weapon. Good wave clearer when you need a safe pick. |
Revolver | Casual favorite thanks to fast kills and satisfying bounce shots. Slightly weaker for world record setups. |
Hero Sword | Stylish but underwhelming. Works fine, but doesn't compete with high-meta weapons. |
Wireless Daggers | Great life-steal option for casual play, but too slow for serious records. |
C TierNot great picks. They're either niche, hard to master, or have bad cooldowns.
| Weapon | Reason for Ranking |
|---|---|
Slutty Rocket | Slow, unreliable tracking. Fun idea, poor results. |
Tornado | Great knockback, awful DPS. Needs buffs to be viable. |
Frostwalker | Freezes enemies and saves lives, but barely scratches bosses. |
Mines | Unimpressive and stationary. Maybe secretly good, but no one's proved it. |
Poison Flask | Situational sustain but poor damage output. Not worth the slot. |
Dragon's Breath | Barely usable due to projectile limits. |
Sword | Knockback ruins consistency. Often misses and wastes hits. |
Corrupted Sword | Needs you at low HP, shoots backward, and feels terrible to use. |
Space Noodle | The worst weapon in the game. No damage, no scaling, total meme pick. |
Chunkers | Weak and clunky. Even in size builds, they can't compete with AoE weapons. |
